Congratulations to Angela McKnight and Nicholas Chiaravalotti on their swearing in as the new Assemblymembers for the 31st district. Ms. McKnight makes history as the first African-American female to serve as an assemblywoman from the district (although I would be remiss not to note that Sandra Cunningham has served as State Senator since 2007).
