PSE&G Electric Transmission Construction Update – 7-27-2015

Jersey City / James Ave & ST Paul’s Intersection

KEMSCO back filled & paved additional 35’ on roadway.

Half of ST Pauls intersection is paved to grade.

UTEC bent & welded 25’ section of 10” steel conduit.

Cut back, welded pup, bent & welded a 50’ X 6” steel conduit.

Road plates, cones, drums, signs protect work zone.

Jersey City / JFK – Newark Ave / Conduit Reconfiguration / H-2313

KEMSCO remove plates for UTEC to work in the intersection Newark Ave

And JFK BLVD and East on Newark Ave.

Back fill in the intersection of Newark Ave

And JFK BLVD back fill & paved to grade 75ft of roadway.

UTEC @  Newark Ave & JFK BLVD

Steel pipe @ 50ft each Pipe totals 100ft. Tues plan to finish tying

In from manhole 1-7 back to 1-6. UTEC will had a crew out to swab and mandrel

Manpower 2- foreman 6 Electricians 2- crane Operator

Note UTEC crew is 420ft away form cut & cap

Roof modification for M-H 2-1  will start on Thursday

Tues continue.

 

Jersey City / Newark Ave / SC H-4

RCC / BRASUSA poured concrete sidewalks, cubs, driveway.

Return date TBD to etch block pattern in uncured area.

RCC will need demob from lot under 78.
